At Serene River Cruises, we offer a refined alternative to crowded tour boats. Our classic Duffy boat delivers the comfort, quiet, and exclusivity of a private yacht—at a price anyone can afford.
Unlike generic plastic boats packed with tourists, our cruise is about personal experience. With plush vinyl seating, a fully enclosed cabin, and the peaceful hum of electric power, your experience begins the moment you step aboard. Wildlife sightings? That is just the cherry on top.
Once we leave the dock, you’ll cruise along the scenic Amelia River and its tidal estuaries. The route depends on the tide since this area has large tide swings. High tide opens up hidden marshes full of bird calls and fish splashes. At low tide, wading birds and shallow-dwelling game fish emerge, dolphins are often found playing in the strong currents. Whether it’s dolphins, redfish, manatees, or white pelicans, nature always puts on a show.
Perfect for small groups, locals, or visitors, our cruise is a laid-back way to celebrate, catch up with friends, or simply unwind. Bring your favorite drinks, grab some good company, and cruise in style.

“We had a fantastic time with Scott and his boat. It looks small but don't let it fool you - six adults could have fit comfortably but my husband and I loved having it to ourselves. This tour is so unique in that an electric boat is so quiet you won't disturb the wildlife around you and can easily have conversations. We got to go into smaller areas that a gas-powered boat couldn't have. We brought our own wine to enjoy and really enjoyed talking to Scott about his boating adventures up and down the east coast. This trip is really worth the price.”

“The boat is super cozy, and the electric motor makes for a smooth, quiet ride. Captain Scott was awesome—funny, friendly, and made us feel right at home.
The river is absolutely beautiful, especially as the sun sets. We saw a ton of wildlife—dolphins, birds, and even some fish jumping out of the water. It was like our own little nature show.
Bringing our own drinks made it feel like a floating happy hour. I’m already planning to go back with more friends. If you’re looking for a relaxing and fun way to spend an evening, this is it.”
